Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience(SM) Financial Glossary

Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience(SM) is a 46-week hybrid succession leadership program serves emerging and established leaders in the real estate industry. This comprehensive training program caters to participants with varied levels of experience, from brokerage owners to corporate leaders. An important part of learning is to ensure those who have less experience in the brokerage industry understand the terms. To solve this need, we designed eLearning glossary. Before diving into the “Real Estate Brokerage Overview” webinar, participants review this glossary, created in Articulate Storyline to ensure clarity and uniformity in understanding key industry terms. This preparatory tool not only enhances learning but also enriches the overall training experience, showcasing our commitment to thorough, well-rounded leadership education.

Introduction to Everything DiSC Course

Another eLearning sample is “Introduction to Everything DiSC,” an Articulate Rise course designed as part of a hybrid learning solution. This course serves as an introductory primer, providing learners with a comprehensive overview of the DiSC behavior model.
